New Rescue Equipment

The Powellville Fire Company, in its effort to bring top notch service to the commun ity we serve, has recently purchased some new rescue equipment for our engines. Engine 1103 has been fitted with new Rescue 42 Telestruts for stabilizing a vehicle for rescue operations as well as Shark Jr. collapsible wheel chocks. Engine 1104 has been fitted with a set of Edaulic battery operated rescue tools. We now have a spreader and an o cutter to perform rescue operations efficiently no matter which engine responds. We are proud of the dedication of our members and the training that makes our department what it is today.
